Kassie & Jesse // A Backyard Wedding in Kirkfield

Kassie and Jesse’s wedding day was the one that a lot hope and pray for. It was a warm, sunny June day, the kind of weather you cross your fingers for when you’re planning an outdoor wedding. Kassie’s parents place was the perfect setting for these two to exchange their vows and enjoy their day with family & friends.
Kassie looked effortlessly stunning in her seamless white dress that was so timeless and elegant. She was the perfect mix of bridal beauty and down-to-earth charm. Jesse, equally dashing in his suit, looked at her like he’d just hit the jackpot—which he totally had. But the real showstopper was Oakley, their dog, who stole hearts in his tiny tuxedo. Oakley wasn’t just a guest; he was a full-blown VIP.
The ceremony was simple and heartfelt, with vows that were equal parts touching and funny. You could tell these two were genuinely crazy about each other, and their family and friends—who were beaming and maybe shedding a few discreet tears—felt the same way. The vibe was relaxed and joyful, with no sign of the stress that often comes with weddings.
The decor followed suit: clean, classic, and understated. White tablecloths & elegant floral arrangements made the setting feel sophisticated without being over the top. It was the kind of setup that made you want to sit down, hang out, grab a drink and enjoy the evening.
The reception was a feast of laughter, dancing, and excellent catering. People mingled, laughed, relaxed and the dance floor lit up as soon as all of the speeches were over. By the time the sun dipped low and the garden lights began to twinkle, it was clear this wedding was exactly what Kassie and Jesse wanted: a day to celebrate love, family, and their love for each other. No stress, no fuss—just a whole lot of joy, a tonne of great speeches, and a dog in a tuxedo to tie it all together.
